CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: We appreciate your thoughtfulness when scheduling and cancelling appointments. Credit card information is collected to hold your appointment. If you have to cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or you fail to keep your appointment as scheduled, $45 will be charged to your credit card. If the late cancellations is due to a work or family emergency, please call as soon as possible and you will not be charged if the appointment is rebooked in the same 7 day period.

*Massage is not supposed to hurt for you to feel better! That's why every massage session may include various styles of stretching, dynamic cupping, safe use of essential oils, heated salt stones or various mechanical devices such as a massage gun, to release tense muscles and trigger points/knots as required.

I first met Tammy while working for a national stretch chain. She was assigned to me and while everyone was busy talking to me about what was going on with her and what they thought she needed, I just smiled at her, asked permission to touch her, and started exploring her upper body. I did one, well placed stretch and her eyes opened wide. She smiled back and me and immediately told the crowd around us that everything was going to be just fine and to leave us alone. We've been working with each other twice a week since that very day.
